Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

After a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
